下部消化管グループの業績

我々、横浜市立大学附属市民総合医療センター消化器病センター 下部消化管グループは、大腸がんに関する専門領域の歴史と知識と技術を基に、安全性、根治性と低侵襲性に加えて術後の生活の質（QOL: Quality of life）を考慮し、可能な限り個々の患者さまのご希望に応えられる根治的治療を目標にしています。
　また、ご高齢、糖尿病、脂質代謝異常や心臓、肺、肝臓、腎臓(透析)や脳などに併存疾患をお持ちの大腸がん患者さまも多くご紹介いただいております。
医療スタッフやそれぞれの専門科チームとのスムーズな連携のもとに、治療を進めていきます。

• 年間約460件の手術（大腸がんの原発切除は約300件）を行っています。腹腔鏡手術、ロボット支援下手術を積極的に取り入れ、体に優しい手術を行っています。（2名のロボット手術プロクター(指導医)、4名の内視鏡外科学会技術認定医のもと、大腸がん手術の約99％に腹腔鏡手術、ロボット手術を施行しています）。
• 大腸がん治療総数では全国ランキング7位、神奈川県においては1位であり、多くの患者さんの治療にあたっています。
• 直腸がんに対して、可能な限り肛門を温存します（下部直腸癌に対し，90%の症例で肛門温存手術を行っています）。 また、根治性を担保し、術後の機能（排尿・性機能）を最大限に温存しています。
• 結腸がん・直腸がんに対して、ロボット支援下手術を行っています。
• 進行下部直腸がんに対して、腹腔鏡下、ロボット支援下に側方リンパ節郭清を行っています。
• 閉塞性大腸がんや局所進行直腸がんに対して、集学的治療を行っています。
